WellBeing Clinic offers a specialised service for the identification of
allergy nutritional and related problems and the treatment of these

Following are some of
tests offered at the laboratory and the symptoms associated with them.
FACTest
Test which analyses
233 foods to identify delayed reaction to foods or food intolerance.
Symptoms associated
with food intolerance include: Bloating, diarrhoea,
constipation, frequent infections, anxiety, depression, irritability,
muscle and joint aches, arthritis, asthma, acne, eczema, hives, itching,
skin rashes, water retention, headaches, migraines, rhinitis, weight gain
and fatigue.
Inhalant
Allergy Screen
Test to identify
acute "immediate" reaction to inhaled or airborne allergens such
as dusts, grasses, pollens etc. Anyone suffering
from the following symptoms should consider the test: Eczema, asthma,
hayfever, urticaria, family history of allergy.
Food Allergy Screen
Test to identify
acute "immediate" reaction to foods such as fish, shellfish and
nuts. Anyone suffering
from the following symptoms should consider the test. Mouth, throat
swelling, nausea after eating foods, headaches.
Candida Albicans
Test
This test measures
antibodies to Candida and can identify people who are suffering from an
immune reaction to Candida. Anyone suffering
from the following symptoms should consider the test: Thrush, diarrhoea,
constipation, excess gas, headaches, depression, mood swings, slow
metabolism and acne.
Gluten intolerance
testing
This test measures
antibodies to gluten to identify people who are suffering from coeliac
disease or reacting to the protein gluten which is found in wheat, rye,
oats and barley. Anyone suffering
from the following symptoms should consider the test. Fatigue, oedema,
weight gain, bloating, stomach pains and constipation.

tests available an experienced team of clinical nutritionists practice at
the clinic.
The nutritionist
will be your personal support the whole way through the programme. They
will help to identify which tests are appropriate for you. Following the
tests a full detailed report will be dispatched to you. The nutritionist
will be available to go through all the results and answer as many
questions as you have to make the programme as easy and possible for you
to follow with the highest chance of success.
