Easy-To-Follow Structure

All the courses are designed to be enjoyable and easy to follow and have been prepared specifically for home study. Each course consists of a number of lessons which are both self-contained yet part of the whole course – a little like bricks in the wall.

A test paper is set at the end of each lesson that is marked and corrected by your tutor. This way, you can be sure that you have mastered each aspect of your course before moving onto the next.

Your Achievement Will Be Recognised

On successfully passing your course, you’ll receive a BSY Group qualification to recognise your achievement. This will prove of considerable benefit if you wish to start your own health practice or further your career in an educational or health care environment, or similar.

With some of the more advanced courses, you’ll also be entitled to Associate Membership of the School, and be able to use the appropriate letters after your name. Your name will be entered in the Register of Qualified Students.

We are frequently asked by members of the public, the medical profession, industry and other interested parties for details of practitioners in their area, and with your agreement, we will be happy to put you in touch with clients in your area.

The Origins of the BSY Group

Originally founded as the British School of Yoga, the BSY Group has grown over the years to include over 200 courses. Yet, despite the vast amount of subjects now available, the School still retains the highly personal, caring and professional tutorial style the students have always enjoyed. The BSY Group’s maxim of ‘A Thousand Candles – A Single Light’ still holds true. However, nowadays, there are many thousands of candles lighting many corners of the world.
