The
South West College of Oriental Medicine
The South West College
of Oriental Medicine offers part time, professional training courses in
Acupuncture and Shiatsu, with intakes every Spring and Autumn. The courses
take place in Central Bristol, with clinical work in the final year. The
College is a non-profit making organisation, affiliated with the Shanghai
University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China.
We are able to offer extended
clinical practice in Shanghai as well as benefiting from the experience of
visiting professors. Our lectures have now been professionally recorded
for home study courses.
The College is affiliated to the
Institute of Complementary Medicine and upon graduation, students can
apply for registration with the Chinese Medical Division of the Register
of Complementary Practitioners or with the British Acupuncture Council.
