Diet & Lifestyle Epsom Salt Baths

Epsom Salt Baths

Epsom salt baths are an excellent way of combating stress and alleviating muscular aches and pains. The high magnesium content in epsom salt baths facilitates the removal of acids through the skin. They are, therefore, a wonderful natural treatment for sportsmen and women as well as patients suffering from arthritis and rheumatism.

What you need:

Take two large cups of epsom salts and pour into a hot bath. Place a cold, damp towel around your neck and soak in the bath for twenty minutes.

Important notice: If you have any medical condition it is important to seek the advice of your GP or health practitioner before taking epsom salt baths or any other naturopathic practices or lifestyle changes.
