Acne is an incredibly damaging condition both to the physical health of the sufferer and to their mental health. This is why an acne solution should always be sought after even if it seems one well never be found. Research should be done. You should know your enemy inside out. So in this brief article I will discuss what are the main reasons for acne and these should point you in the direction of an acne cure in a very specific way.
Hormonal malfunction is the main acne causing culprit. Overproduction of androgens (the male hormone) cause an overproduction of oil and this oil mixes with the bacteria in the skin, causing inflammation and the eventual acne lesions. This hormonal malfunction is caused by many things, including diet, lack of nutrients in modern food and certain toxins in modern foods overburdening the hormonal system. Unfortunately most acne sufferers do not even know that this is the cause of their acne. And there is a good reason why.
There is so much information on acne that it becomes overwhelming for the average acne sufferer. There is a definite saturation of false acne information and these lead acne sufferers into methods of treatment that can never truly work. For example, many 'acne cures' exist today that are totally impractical for the average modern day acne sufferer to implement into their life. These require overhauling every aspect of your life and are possibly an acne solution, but lets face it, they just aren't practical enough. Extreme changes in diet and lifestyle that a monk or nun would shudder at definitely aren't the kind of thing us mere mortals can do.
There must an easy way to cure acne, as a cure should always be simple enough for anyone to do. I personally tried everything I could find over 7 years of searching for a solution. Herbal concoctions, natural remedies, topicals, antibiotics, accutane, alternative treatments such as Chinese medicine and acupuncture and many different diets. None of these worked. In 7 years only one thing had given me any results and that was supplements. For example, high doses of chromium and vitamin c provided me with a substantial relief from acne, only for it to come back after a couple of months.
Give it a go if you want to see the positive results it provides. But don't expect it to be a long term solution. There are many supplements out there that deal with hormones and by using those you will find that acne will improve almost miraculously. I advise you to move in that direction for an effective acne cure.
