Pimples also called Acne are skin lesions caused by the blockage of follicle ducts of sebum glands. The blockage traps sebum and leads to an inflammation. Antibiotic pimples treatments: For severe pimples usually antibiotic pimples treatment is prescribed. However antibiotics have effectiveness for a limited period only of about 3 to 6 months.
Retinoidal pimples treatment: For extremely severe pimples like cystic pimples, the only solution available is retinoidal pimples treatment. Retinoids like tretinoin, adapaline, retinol and isotretinoin are used.
