What factors can trigger
fatigue?
There are numerous causes at the root of this
disruptive condition including stress, over work, lack of sleep, an
inadequate diet, long term dieting and illnesses such as ME, Candida or
anaemia. Just one or any combination of these factors can lead to a
depletion of the body’s vital nutrients.

Are there any dietary or
lifestyle recommendations?
The diet should contain ample fresh fruit and
vegetables, together with regular protein (meat, fish or vegetarian
alternatives) and carbohydrates (pasta, potatoes and rice) as these
provide a stable energy supply. Avoid sugary foods and stimulants, such as
tea, coffee and alcohol as these only provide a temporary source of
energy.
