Plant Remedies  Ginger

Ginger stimulates stomach movement

The effect of a ginger rhizome extract ( 2 x 100mg) was studied on twelve healthy volunteers. Measuring liquid and gas movement in the stomach, the researchers were able to show that the digestive process was significantly improved by the ginger.

The study demonstrated that taking ginger supplements orally improves the movement of the gastrointestinal tract both in the fasting state as well as after a normal meal.
