GP Associations General Practitioner's
The Association
founded in 1987 exists to (1) advance public education about all forms of
natural medicine and (2) to preserve and protect the health of the public
by promoting high standards of general practice in natural medicine;
advocating a complete system of healing as an alternative to the use of
drugs, abuse of surgery and experimental research.
The Association aims to work with and for general
practitioners who observe the traditions, principles and ethics of the
modalities of natural medicine, and with laymen. It is entirely
independent and relies on the enthusiasm and generosity of its members to
further the cause of general practice of natural medicine. In addition to
subscriptions, donations and other voluntary funding, the Association is
supported by unpaid volunteers.
The immediate priority is to raise the initial
capital cost of £12 million for the Development Fund Appeal for a Hospital of
Natural Medicine.
