uses for Shiatsu
A survey carried out by the
Shiatsu Society of its members’ clients has found that the most common
conditions treated by Shiatsu practitioners are:
• Depression/stress/anxiety
52.3%
• Neck/shoulder problems 48.3%
• Fatigue 38.2%
• Lower back problems 31.2%
• Sleep disturbances 22.4%
The report concluded that the
most frequently treated symptoms are musculo-skeletal symptoms and
depression/anxiety.
