Kinesiology
What
is Systematic Kinesiology?
Systematic Kinesiology is a potent,
safe, powerful, hands-on, drug-free natural approach to holistic
health care. It uses muscle testing to find problem areas, and
massage, touch, nutrition, and counselling to balance holistically.
Kinesiology uses
gentle muscle testing to evaluate many functions of the body in the
structural, chemical, neurological, and biochemical realms.
Kinesiological muscle testing does not assess strength, but
tests the integrity of the many factors which determine its response
when called upon to contract.
Kinesiology testing
does not diagnose disease. Muscle testing enables analysis which
detects minor functional imbalances. Minor imbalances when not
corrected, accumulate and cause compensations.

How
does it work?
Everyone knows working in any city is stressful! Articles abound on
various ways to cope. But a new effective holistic health impetus is
rapidly gathering momentum, it is called Advanced Kinesiology,
(Kin-easy-ology) or A.K. for short. Its main claim to fame? It is
the most truly holistic approach to natural health care. Discovered
in 1964, and constantly being researched and improved, it offers
plenty of self-help techniques that really work.
Compensations
compound each other, lead to functional changes, and give rise to
symptoms of discomfort, pain or maybe allergic reactions. If these
warnings are ignored, disease can follow.
Using massage,
nutrition, and contact points, Kinesiology helps with: emotions and
anxieties, specific personal dietary intake and supplements for
nutritional deficiencies, structural imbalances and energy blocks.
Kinesiology balances the whole person which enhances health and
well-being. Health wards off disease. Kinesiology is truly
preventive..

A
self-help way to reduce stress
For instance, if you feel a particular situation is getting you to
screaming pitch, try this: Put the three middle fingers of each hand
on your fore-head, just above your eyebrows, with the centre finger
in a vertical line with the iris of your eye. Stretch the skin
upwards with very light pressure, just enough to avoid slipping off.
Now comes the important bit, keeping your fingers steady, focus
intently on the stressful problem. If you feel your mind wandering,
just force yourself to concentrate on the one topic until you cannot
focus on it.
People say things
like, "It just drifted away.." "It didn't seem to be
so important", or surprisingly, "A solution popped into my
mind!"
Try it! It works!!
This is just one technique of dozens, nay hundreds we teach on our
courses.

How
much does it Cost and how long will it take?
An average session lasts
about 1-1.5 hours and costs between £20 and £35. Many
practitioners do concessions for people who are not in work. The
number of sessions needed varies tremendously, but most
practitioners can give some idea of this during the initial
consultation.
