Prevention is better than cure as the saying goes good aerobics, exercising and diet keep oneself healthy than treating them after you are sick.

To maintain good health the following things are necessary. Exercise - Whatever kind it may be exercise is the key to a man's good health. A Walk with the dog; playing with the kids; walk in a lawn, yoga, good morning exercise and aerobics are the fitness tools as well as a stress reliever. There are many forms of excercize that you can do, so check with your doctor to determine the right form and amounts for you.

Following a regime is very important. Always start with 10 minutes walk and slowly increase the pattern of exercise to a vigorous workout. In vigorous hard work out, heavy sweating makes the heart pump well and provides more energy. This in turn help is providing a good look and appeal. Always include 20 minutes of aerobic activity, like jogging and running.

Breakfast - Always begin the day with a healthy breakfast to keep your mind and body healthy and active. Select your food in such a way that it provides energy and be a brain food. Avoid fried foods. Products such as butter, mayonnaise, nuts, cheese, high fat milk cream, sandwich meats, margarine, and sauces should be consumed in limited amounts.

Have plenty of water, fruits and vegetables. Plenty of fruits and veggies help replenish the body and are advantageous in cell growth and blood production, daily energy production, strong bones and teeth, muscle contraction, nerve function, Healthy skin, good eyesight, effective use of protein, fat, and carbohydrates, formation of red blood cells, maintaining nervous system health.

Consume 6-12 servings/ day of cereals like rice, wheat, millets, pasta. Consume 3-6 servings/day of vegetables including root vegetables, green leafy vegetables like carrots, onions, cabbage, cauliflower, tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli, spinach, beans or peas. Consume 3-4 servings/day of fruits, like apples, grapes, oranges, lime, peaches, cherries, mangoes, guava, plums, bananas and also consume plenty of fruit juices. Consume 2-3 servings/day of fish, lobster, meat, eggs, nuts, to increase the protein content in the body. Consume 2-3 servings/day of milk and milk products like cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese, or milk.

Avoid smoking and alcohol, Be stress free, Be calm and live in a peaceful atmosphere.
