Sleep. We just don?t seem to get enough of it. Whoever it was who said that ?if you don?t have your health, you don?t have anything? was probably an insomniac. Not getting enough sleep just takes all the fun out of life, and you have no energy.
It?s one thing to ?volunteer? for not getting enough to sleep because there is too much to do. But it?s much worse if you want to sleep, and try, and try, and ? can?t.
You?ve probably tried a number of things to help you get a good night?s sleep. I hope you?ve found some things that help. But perhaps you?re still having trouble sleeping?
I?d like to share with you a technique for getting more sleep that you probably haven?t tried yet. But before I do, I need to explain a little about radionic technology.
Sciences like Radionics that rely on the principles of quantum physics to work got a great boost with the popularity of two movies, ?The Secret? and ?What the Bleep Do We Know?? These movies showed us that we are interconnected with all things in a subtle way. The point here is that we don?t always know what effect our environment has on us. However, there is a fascinating way to measure this using radionics.
Radionics devices consist of three important parts. The first is a way to ?tune? to an object. This is often a set of dials or in the case of the refined radionic instrument we?ll be using in the following example, an easy-to-use keypad and display on a small, portable, hand-held computer called the SE-5 Plus. The second part is a stick plate that looks a lot like a computer touch pad. The stick plate becomes stickier when rubbed if there is a positive result as part of a procedure. The third part is a slot that can hold a picture or other small sample.
The following procedure is based on research done by a German company that sells a customized mattress. However, you can use this same procedure with your own mattress.
Slide a picture of you into the slot on the left edge of the SE-5. Then, with your finger on the stick plate, scan a list of herbs that help with sleep such as Bitter Apple, Henbane, Passion Flower, Hemlock, Belladonna, Blue Flag Root, Chamomile, Catnip, Hops, Bloodroot, etc. As you go through the list, you will find that you get a ?stick? on some of them.
Next, you?ll want to determine where to place a small sample of the indicated herbs in your bed, under a mattress pad. Draw a picture of the bed and your preferred sleeping position and then use the SE-5 to scan around until you find the right spot. Get a small sample of the herb(s) and place them at the spots. You can put them into a small zip lock plastic bag if you wish.
That is all there is to it. Sleep well!
