The idea is to take the energy your body uses to digest food and redirect it to be used to heal your body. It is an amazing thing to think that we are self healers, and we are if we know how to use our bodies.

There is quite a bit more to this strategy, and I can personally tell you that it works for many things, including kidney stones.
