Ok! You want better health ? not that you aren?t happy with your health as it is ? it?s just that there are a few niggles here and there.

You might want to;

? lose a bit of weight

? get rid of a symptom, ie headaches

? have more energy

? feel more positive about life

We could make this list as long as a piece of string and still not come to the end.

The point is ? no matter what area of your life you want to make an improvement in ? do you treat the symptom and by this I mean look at only one part of your body ? or?

Do you say to yourself ? ?the body is a unit ? all parts work for the benefit of the whole.

? The heart does not beat for itself ? it beats to supply blood for every cell.

? The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

If you are serious about your health you must look at a system that encompasses a philosophy of UNITY.

I do not know of any other philosophy out there that engenders this outlook ? and I?ve been studying, teaching and practising like this for over 25 years.

Sure, there are those that say ? ?oh but my practitioner is holistic.? ? but the truth of the matter is that all traditional systems in operation to-day treat symptoms, ie divide the body into parts and then try to put it back together again.

Remember your nursery rhymes ? all the king?s horses and all the king?s men couldn?t put Humpty back together again.

For a truly holistic approach to health may I suggest that you pick up some literature about Nature Cure.
