A Quick Meditation

I?d like to demonstrate how hypnosis can be easily transmitted through the written word. Remember, no matter how deep or shallow you go, you can still attain great peace in a trance state.

So here we go . . .

As you read these words, allow yourself to take a nice deep breath, hold it, then exhale. As you breath normally now, allow each exhalation to release any tension from anywhere it is in your body. Allow all tension to easily and effortlessly drop to the floor and sink into the earth, where it is accepted, transformed, and absorbed back into all that is.

Now sitting in stature, take another deep breath, and imagine healing energy in the form of a pillar of bright, white light shining down from the universe right to the top of your head, flowing down through your entire body, down to your arms and fingertips, your back, your legs, all the way through to your feet and toes, flowing around your body as well. This light surrounds you and flows through you, filling and supporting you with high-vibration healing energy. It is linking you to all that is in the universe.

Now at this moment, you may have a question, maybe something you?ve been thinking about for a while, and you?d like a clear answer. Allow this light to guide you to the answer because it is within you, a part of you already, just waiting to be discovered by you. Let your own guidance lead you to the answer, and open to your own voice ? even if it doesn?t make any sense at first. Just allow the answer to be what it is, without judging it.

Notice how full and peaceful you feel right now. Stay in this moment of bliss and tranquility for as long as you like, keeping your eyes on the word in quotations until you are ready to come back: ?peace.?

Come back to the present moment, fully conscious, taking a deep breath of gratitude, and remembering all you need about the answer to your question.
