? All substances that are not transformable into living tissues, which are chemically incompatible with the structure, and physiologically incompatible with the functions of life, must be considered Poisons.
? Therefore, all inorganic chemicals / additives / colourings / etc. by whatever name, are poisonous to the human body and should not be ingested.
? Whatever a body cannot appropriate as food, it must expel as a useless foreign substance.
? Therefore, the essential characteristic of a food substance is USEABILITY, and the essential characteristic of a poison is NON- USEABILITY.
Note: If the body cannot appropriate that which is ingested, ie. sodium chloride (common table salt) it will be either laid down in an area that does not immediately cause irritation, ie. the joints, or it will be eliminated from the organism.
In either case, an unnecessary amount of energy is expended ? energy that is no longer available for the maintenance of health and vitality (read as: the life force is reduced and therefore the life-span is shortened.)
- Extra Note: As we often mention, the FDA (Federal Drug Administration) now allows over 5,000 chemicals/additives/preservatives to be added to the processed ?food industry?.
During a healing cycle ? when we rest and allow the body to return to it?s peak performance ? those chemicals that have been laid down will be eliminated. We will recognize these chemicals by their taste, odour and composition.
However, it is not uncommon to find salt being eliminated in exactly the same form as when it was ingested. (read as: the body is unable to utilize it, break it down and assimilate it.)
It is my opinion that the major cause of irritation (read as: the precursor to all disease) is the ingestion and accumulation of inorganic chemicals.
So! Be careful of that which you put into your mouth ? make it live ? make it living ? make it whole.
