Judiths Gingerbread English Recipe

To eat a cake is above all a pleasure but to eat well, we have to like cooking, it is important to compose with love a recipe. To put of the colour, some savour, harmony of the tastes and balance are the keywords of the real pleasure to eat. Not to hesitate to try new savours, to open on the culinary culture of the other countries make that the cooking at home is not a constraint but an art of living and to receive. This recipe has been writen by a teacher of yoga and it's an excellent recipe !

Judith's Gingerbread (English recipe) for 6 persons

Ingredients: Note: 1 cup = 140 grams

75 grams honey

30 grams butter

1 cup warm milk

150 grams sugar

250 grams flour

1 tsp powdered green anise

1 tsp baking soda

cinnamon to taste

Preparation:

Mix together the butter, honey and warm milk. Add the sugar, followed by the green anise and flour. Then add the baking soda that has been diluted in a few teaspoons of lukewarm water. Line a cake pan with waxed paper or greaseproof paper and lightly oil the paper. Bake in a moderate oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
