Secrets to Good Health Unraveled

Your survival and good health depends on homeostasis. With little or no thought, you maintain and restore your homeostasis all the time. For instance, you drink water when you're thirsty, you put a sweater on when you're cold and you rest after intense physical activity, all in an effort to keep your internal environment in a relative constant state (homeostasis).

You may be surprised to learn that your body is designed to sustain itself in optimal health, not just good health. All of your body's organ systems are involved in homeostasis via internal cellular communication. (This communication network is vital to the harmonious functioning and balance of the whole body.) Trouble begins, however, when your body's cells don't communicate properly, causing a disruption in homeostasis. This disruption can lead to a poor health condition, which may develop later into a serious diseased condition if ignored.

Your body depends on nutrition for its survival and giving it the right nutrition is crucial. Of the 200 sugars (carbohydrates, monosaccharides) found in nature, eight provide the body with nutrition it needs for proper cellular communication. Unfortunately, six of these eight sugars are missing from the food we eat today. That's bad news because without all eight of these sugars, the results are faulty cellular communication that leads to poor health.

To offset this missing nutrition, a natural, plant-based glyconutritional blend is available today that contains all eight of these important nutritional sugars. When the body receives all the nutrition it requires, it can begin a restoration process beginning at the cellular level. Some people call this healing. Others would say this is homeostasis.

As you can see, there are no secrets to good health. Maintaining homeostasis IS health. It depends on correct cellular communication which requires proper nutrition. In conclusion, we're finding that eight simple sugars make all the difference.
