provides a direct postal testing service for food sensitivity.
Your
blood sample is tested for antibodies to a variety of foods using
the ELISA technique. Two test sizes are available for 40 or 93
different foods.
After
testing a full report of your results is issued indicating those
foods giving a positive reaction. With appropriate nutritional
advice, problem foods should be eliminated from your diet.
Blood
samples can be collected by your GP or nutritional advisor or,
alternatively at home using our finger prick blood collection pack.
