Do You Feel Energized about your Diet and Fitness Goals? Or Zapped of Your energy?

Are you having a difficult time on your weight loss journey? Have you been unable to achieve your ultimate health and wellness goals? Are you living the life you deserve and have been dreaming of? Ok, if you are having a difficult time on your weight loss journey, then you need to do a little reflecting. What type of people are you associating with, or hanging out with? Do you feel like they lift you up and do you feel positive and energized after spending time with them? Or are you drained of your energy, feeling negative and depressed after being around them? You need to think about this, and if you are not feeling uplifted and energized after being around your so called friends then you need to make a change in order to reach your goals.

These key points are very important to your weight loss success. You will become a product of the people that you spend the most time with. After time you will take on the attributes of those you are with. It doesn?t matter how strong you believe your character is. Negative people can influence you if you are around them long enough. They just seem to zap the energy, especially the positive energy from you. Spend a little time reflecting on this.

So make a change today! Associate with positive successful people. People that have the same weight loss, health, and fitness goals. You will be guaranteed to succeed. Confidence and determination are contagious. So is negativity.

So think about whom you are spending time with, and if they are not positive and uplifting, limit your time with them. I understand how you feel, I had to limit the time that I spend with a few of my friends and family. So choose carefully.
