Burning fats used to be a SHE-problem.
However due to the era of fast food and recreation food, both genders has ballooned considerably.
You may be wondering what do I mean by recreation food.
Simply put...
Recreation food= Good food
Good food could mean a buffet, a barbeque or any food for the matter.
It simply means that it is good to have but it is not a necessity and just means that you are giving your body more then what it is required!
Due to these factors, coupled with not exercising and living a sedentary lifestyle....

We grow sidewards gradually if not rapidly.

We are just lured into the buffet, enticed with the new dish and naturally our pocket opens to feed our curiosity and satisfaction.

I slipped into this too!
I weigh a hefty 20 kilograms EXTRA !!
Therefore we are in search of a solution to solve our misery.
But before we talk about solutions.

I mean we are affluent and has spare cash to spare however we are not able to keep fit ad we literally abuse our own body and health.

If you would agree with me there are tons of programs out there that offers weight loss solutions, however why is that only a small group of people whom are succeeding?
What I am going to emphasized here is our MINDSET.
Yes! Whatever you do or want is all about the mindset that you nurture.
So change your Mindset to be healthy and you will become!
This also ring a bell in my head about the 80/20 rule in business.
Why is that only 20% people who succeed?
It ultimately comes back to our mindset!
We have to make a decision to loss weight in the first place. We need to have the urge, the personal push.
Only with our determination and strong desire could be succeed in losing weight successfully.
