How To Eat To Weight Loss

If you decrease your weight too fast you could regain it and sometimes put more weight back on!

Consider the following:

1. Losing weight fast is not a reliable solution
2. Improper thyroid function can have an effect on your weight
3. Discover the secret of the body's calorie burning function.
4. Categorical refusal of pre-packaged food, artificial color and sweeteners, and sugar will earn you a slender figure.

Rules for weight loss!

- Eat a minimum of three times a day. Do not skip meals. You will not lose weight through starving.
- Eat a normal lunch, but keep dinner lighter.
- Say "NO" to white bread, sandwiches, white rice and other

simple carbohydrates.
- Eat plenty of plant products like fruits, vegetables, and legumes.
- Avoid drinking black tea, coffee, fizzy drinks.
- Limit engulf sweet fruits and desserts.
- Do not drink alcohol.

Plan your food!

The secret to successfully burning calories is to eat the 'right' foods without feeling like you have overeaten. If you do not eat sufficiently you will slow down your metabolism and make matters worse.

Move, move, move! Burn those calories!

We lead a sedentary lifestyle! We are people who are too lazy and love comfort... Here are several tricks to get moving again:

1. Park your car 10 minutes away from your job.
2. Use the stairs instead of the elevator, whenever possible.
3. Move! If your job is too sedentary, take a walk around your office once an hour.
4. Put your recycle bin in the furthest practical place.
5. If you use the bus get off 1-2 stops before your destination and walk.
6. Don't use remote controls. Get up and walk a few steps!
7. Use a rocking chair.
8. Don't make excuses for your sedentary lifestyle!
