Lose Weight Like A Model

Begin a cleanse - this is the way that most models lose weight, especially when they need to do it fast. Models are the one group of people who diet successfully. Its their job, their livelihood. So when you need advice, models are the people that you should naturally look to. And after the cleanse you should have increased energy, a better complexion and a sense of renewal and clarity.

Take a holiday to a spa resort. There are some great places in Thailand or Mexico that models regularly visit to improve their health and lose weight.

Make sure to drink your juices - don't confuse cleansing with 'starvation diets'! Cleansing is a short term fix for cleaning your body and losing some excess weight. This diet allow the liver and kidneys to recover from all the toxic food additives and preservatives, pollution and smoke that enter our system every day without us even realizing.

Take colon-cleansing herbs and Psyllium husks - these will help clean your system while helping you to feel a little more full. The diet involves the intake of little or no food, and instead just freshly-squeezed juices (carrot, apple, celery are good!). You can add something to make the drink more exciting - ginger is my favorite.

Continue the cleansing diet for 3 days to a week, after which you should go back to your normal diet or consumption. You should feel fresher, more energetic. Not to mention that a cleaner liver metabolizes food faster, and sets up your body to lose weight in the long term!

Most importantly, remember to enjoy it! A good diet should make you feel better, both physically and mentally.
