Do you know the magic word that will shred the extra weight?
You know it. You have used it at least a thousand times.
You use it everyday.
You just forgot it.
You just forget to use it when the subject is weight management.

What do you do when you want to achieve something?
Weight management is no different than any other goal you want to achieve. The basics are the same.

Do you do this:

  • Think and re-think.
  • Prepare and over prepare.
  • Plan and plan again. The plan is never perfect, so we wait and wait till one day maybe it will be perfect.
  • Cannot find the time, there always seem to be something more urgent.
  • Persuade yourself you cannot do that. Demoralize yourself before even trying.
  • And that's it. We are stuck at this stage. We are frozen, we do not go further.
It is certainly impossible to achieve anything that way.

Or do you do that:

  • First you believe you can succeed.
  • Failure is not an option.
  • You only think about success; you always see the outcome positively.
  • You do something; you start taking action that will take you forward, closer to your goal.
  • You plan every step, and re-adjust when needed.
  • You are unstoppable until you reach your goal.


THE MAGIC WORD IS ACTION

"Action is the foundational key to all success" ? Anthony Robbins

"Action is a great restorer and builder of confidence" ? Norman Vincent Peale

But what if we decide to take the first step and as a result we lose our first kilogram, our first pounds.
It does not matter how, what and where.
It matters to start eating healthier food, and start exercising.
The best part is that we can start right now.

If we concentrate on the result we want to achieve: "I want to weight ?.., be healthy and fit by June 2007", it will be much easier to take any needed action.

We may not want to exercise everyday.
We may not want to eat carefully everyday.
But we will exercise and eat carefully everyday if we only think about:
"I want to weight ?.., be healthy and fit by June 2007" or even better:
"I will weight ?.., be healthy and fit by June 2007".

If you believe, like I do, that this information is useful, then just simply try it. See if it works for you.
Act now and you will see the results very soon. You will be pleasantly surprise how fast you achieve your desired weight.

How fast your reach your ideal weight depends directly upon how much active you are ready to be.
