Fitness, as I always say, is a life long process to follow. Why not if you earn so many benefits by keeping yourself fit! Now that you have lost a few pounds and are in good shape, it the time to feed your mind with some motivation pills before you gain the double of what you have lost. It is a common Tom and Jerry game with weight loss, you lose and gain then again lose and again gain? Before you get trapped in this vicious cycle let us count these general benefits you will gain by keeping fit.

9. You can eat just anything and digest it, your metabolism increases.

10. Your skin is glowing all the time naturally, while your friends are busy doing make up.

12. You are coming closer to your kids, just because you do not collapse to your bed after getting back home from office. You help them with their homework and interact more, go for family activities like bike riding, sledding etc!

The way is very simple?you just need to maintain your weight for the rest of your life. You can do it by involving yourself into more activities?strict diet will not be required this time. ? Expand your social life. Plan outdoors fun activities like hiking, and just enjoy yourself. You can also join a team for fun activities.

? Keep an eye on your health and overall well-being. Build even more healthy habits and abide by those to feel even better.
