I have often been asked about what exercise would burn fat the fastest and I always give the same reply: Weight training specifically focused on the 3 major areas together with the consumption of food that burns fat is the fastest fat burner.
Since your body reacts to input from certain stimuli coming from certain foods, you may find that if you eat food that burn fat you gain effectively much more from your exercising efforts. People tend to be put off the idea of eating certain foods that they cannot afford, find or like. I have been working on a list of my favorite fat burners and made it publicly available. Since then I have had quite a few requests to expand the list and I will be those to my list of foods that burn fat as well.
I only recommend exercising using weights because you burn weight faster using weight training than any other form of cardio exercise.
I always tell people to start adding food that burn fat to their diets about 3 days before they start with their exercising schedule and I should warn that you may injure yourself if you start on weight training before you have completely warmed up your muscles with stretching exercises.
Concentrate on heavy weights rather than toning weights, toning weights rather than cardio exercises, exercise rather than watching TV. The 3 major areas you should focus on being the upper legs, upper arms and abdominal muscles.
