Sure, to be overweight won't kill you, not yet anyway, but who needs the aggravation? Who need to carry this overweight all day long on his or her back, around the hips or around the stomach?

I don't know about you, but I am tired to carry IT.

Let's get rid of IT, let's get rid of the extra weight.

We do not exercise enough. We are either sitting in our cars, or we are sitting by the desk. We are sitting all day long.

It is a miracle that we are still able to walk. (Just kidding.)

This reminds me of Steven Spielberg?s movie: ?Back to the future 3? where "The Doc", Christopher Lloyd, speaks about the future: ?a future where people run for fun.?

The fact is that in the western world we have become very sedentary people. Unless we were used from childhood to physically exercise, we forgot that we need to move our great body of ours for greater health and greater well being.

We prefer to spend one more hour chatting with our friend, one more hour in front of the TV, one more hour to rest in bed, one more hour by the computer,?, rather than exercise.

Obviously it is not that simple. Isn?t it? Personally, I think it is much simpler and easier than most people imagine. Everyone can exercise at his own pace.

Everyone can find a sport or some classes he or she will enjoy.

You just need to start. You just need to try. You just need to think about the benefits and the results of physical exercise.

You just need to convince yourself that is so worthwhile you would be stupid not to try. The benefits of physical exercise are greater than you imagine. It is healthy and much more?

It will improve your quality of life.

It is healthy for your body.

It is healthy for your mind.

It is healthy for your confidence.

It is healthy for your self-esteem.

You add muscle mass and flexibility to your body.

The greater the muscle mass, the better your metabolism works.

You burn more calories, even when you are inactive?.

You feel much stronger, your body is fit.

You look great in the mirror.

You can downsize your clothes one or two sizes.

You can move easily and effortlessly.

It is the key, the secret to weight management. This is the good guy that helps you balance your calorie account.
