The Breast Health procedure I?ve taught you is one of the most amazing hands-on healing techniques I have ever taught in my 30 years of practice as a health care educator. Through applying these few simple, yet powerful movements that take only seconds to perform I?ve shown you how to easily stimulate your body's own natural healing mechanism to promote natural breast health.

The late Mr. Tom Bowen of Perth, Australia discovered this gentle yet powerful technique for promoting breast health during the mid-1900's.

BASIC MOVES: Your first move is always above the nipple with your breath out and toward the midline of your body. And your second move is always under your nipple with your breath out and toward the outside of your body. You are contacting the tissue beneath your skin, not just sliding across the skin.

REMEMBER: The Natural Breast Health Procedure is so powerful for promoting balance and stimulating blood, lymph and nerve supply and the release of toxins that it is not recommended for women with breast implants!

BENEFITS: The Natural Breast Health Procedure can be used to help relieve:

Mastitis

Breast tenderness

Pectoralis muscle pain

Uneven or lumpy breast tissue

Pre-menstrual tension & discomfort

Swelling and pain from breast surgery

as well as Stimulate & balance milk production in lactating women

The gentle, yet powerful Breast Health Procedure you?ve learned stimulates your body?s own natural healing mechanism to promote the release of toxins. You are effectively increasing lymph drainage in, around and under your breast tissue to encourage the area to remain free of toxic build-up. The result will be to restore balance and natural breast health.

HOW OFTEN: For Best Results I encourage you to show your breasts you love them by regularly performing the Breast Health Procedure. You can perform the procedure once a week, or daily as needed either standing, sitting or while taking a warm and soothing shower.

Wishing you continued health & well-being. Mahalo! KG

PLEASE NOTE: Bowen therapy is a gentle and noninvasive holistic health care system used for balancing and synchronizing your body, mind, spirit and emotions to enhance your health. Please consult with your physician regarding your health concerns.
